I was on a trip to Oysterville, Washington when I discovered that my oil cap had fallen off. Oil was everywhere, I was missing a cap, and I had to drive over a 100 miles back home. It was MLK day and I was worried places would be closed but I called Art's Automotive and Larry answered the phone. When I speak to mechanics, I am often treated like I don't know what I am talking about and it can be an uncomfortable experience, but Larry was very kind, helpful, and reassuring. While he didn't have the cap I needed, he suggested I come down anyway so he could take a look. When I got there, he not only helped me add oil to my car, but he found my oil cap! He found it at the bottom, below the engine and fished it out! I am not exaggerating, this was the best customer experience I have ever had. He didn't charge me at all, just helped me get on my way safely. I will be forever grateful!
