I felt the information I received from Arts' was refreshing in that they were not talking down to me because I am a women and unlike MANY repair shops in the area, did not feel they were overcharging me, again because I am a woman. I trust the information they gave me, their pricing was fair, and I WILL be returning to them in future.

They were accommodating with scheduling appointment, good communication through texts, accurate with time frames and finishing work. My car is working better, sounds better than a long time ago. Seem honest, will know more in a few weeks but have always has had good reputation.
