It was good. I’m having them restore my old f150 mechanically.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Bills are itemized and explained if necessary. Generally quick service (sometimes it's out of their control) and good communication regarding vehicles they're working on.

We had ran over a boulder on St Rt 4 on our way home from a weekend trip down the Oregon coast that damaged our oil pan, leaking oil everywhere! Leaving us stranded on the side of the road, we googled Infiniti Services and found Art's Automotive Repair. They were very helpful in getting us in contact with a tow truck and to get us to Longview, WA to their shop. Once there they made time to get my car in the same day to inspect the damage. Unfortunately they were not able to get in parts for a few days and we had to get home. They again assisted in getting a tow truck to drive the car and my husband and I back to our Infiniti Dealer in Fife, WA. I would highly recommend them, very professional, courteous, willing to go the extra mile!

Great service but prices a little on the high side.

The Art of Art's Automotive is not disappointing. Strait and accurate information from the start. Warranty on parts and labor, not too many shops offer anymore. My 1997 Jeep Cherokee Country has already over 300,000 miles, with their help I hope to reach 500,000 miles.

Always a pleasure doing business with Arts very knowledgeable don’t have to come back five,times been doing business there for 40+ years was very happy to get an adjustment on my Marine battery that did not hold up.went in not expecting anything,came out with a little more money in my pocket that I had planned on.

Passing through and took my car to Art's because of their great reviews! They repaired the serpentine belt and drive shaft on my 04 VW Touareg. Friendly, professonal, great communication and service. This was months ago and car is driving great. Thank you!
