I had a radiator cooling hose separate from the firewall on my Chevy Silverado just before crossing the bridge on my way to the coast. It was 3:30 pm, so I was in a world of hurt with steam pouring out from under the hood. I searched on my phone for a close repair shop, found Arts a block away. Walked in, explained the problem to service manager Patrick who recognized the problem & ordered the part before I was done explaining it. Long story short = they got my truck in, repaired the hose, and had me on my way by 5pm. Incredible service - great people! You don't stay in business for over 50 years without providing excellent service. Can't thank them enough!

As always, I am very happy with the service I received here. I really like that they forecast what other services will need to be done to the car in the future and that they do so honestly and are not pushy about it. I will always recommend them!

Fast and excellent customer service. My car wouldn't start, we had to jumpstart it. I called Art's to see if I needed an appointment to bring it in for diagnosis. They said I could bring it in right then if I wanted. I did, and within an hour they had told me it was only the battery, replaced the battery, and I was on my way.
