Very thorough in diagnostics. Car had started to overheat, losing coolant from a hard to reach/view area. It was discovered that a hose clamp had been installed wrong somewhere else in past. Repair was made. It cost about 50.00 more than I thought it should for the actual repair that was done but Car is running fine now. I do like the full inspection report they do on entire car, helps plan for future maintenance so to avoid costlier emergency repairs.

Extremely helpful and professional. We have an older German Engineered vehicle and Art’s was able to take care of an oil change, replace a marker light and rotate the tires. They had no issues finding the tail light part and resetting the service needed alerts. They also had a fair quote and when all was completed the cost was actually less than the original quote. They also discovered a nail in my tire and offered to take it next door to Les Schwab to get it taken care of. Amazing honest service.
