I had an engine problem on my way from Portland to Seattle. The nearest car dealership could not service my car for 1 week so sent me to Art’s. Everyone was helpful, kind and professional. They worked me in at the end of a day in a holiday and let my nervous dog wait with me in the waiting room. Service was done correctly for a fair price and they kept me informed about progress throughout the process while I waited. The waiting area and shop were very clean and organized. I am 100% satisfied.
