Very helpful and very great at making sure the car is safe before departure. I would like to say a very special THANK YOU to Melissa. She made sure her customers were taken care of at every step! Came all the way out to get me to make sure I had my Jeep as soon as possible. And I live far out too😉! I had a major no starting issue. I went to a local tire shop that carrys batteries. And they checked the starting issue... they determined the battery.was not the issue....so ..I put in a new starter....WRONG.... still same issue...so I took the problem to The experts at ART'S ...and....they fixed the problem.in 5 min..... I left with a new battery... problem solved... Always go to ART'S and get it right the first time..

Our alternator bit the dust on our way to BURNINGMAN2019 (google it) and had to be rebuilt, it’s in a 1979 Volkswagen Westfalia, not an easy find for parts, but the folks at Art’s went above and beyond to locate the parts in a timely fashion. It was the very next day and we were on our way. I’d also recommend the Red Lion hotel in Kelso, for your overnight stay. THANKS AGAIN TO ALL THAT HELPED US.

incredible service! down here on vacation, needed some help. WOW! they were amazing! Kevin took care of the problem in no time flat, we barely waited 15 minutes. incredible service, extremely friendly staff, and fantastic coffee with real cream!!
