We had a catastrophic failure in our engine and not only were they able to take a look at it swiftly, they got us a decent price on a new engine and have cared for it since. Then...when the replaced engine exhibited problems, they replaced it again and serviced it with no questions and no cost to us. I appreciate these folks so much.

went To Arts and had my multi lightswitch repaired .was told that it was under warranty and they honored the warranty.No charge! Repaired it and it works great! My wife and I were traveling from home to the coast pulling the 5th wheel when my truck suffered some distress. We were stuck 50 miles from home and 100 from our destination.
