My experience at Art's Automotive was absolutely amazing, from start to finish. Andy in the Service Department found the problem with my pick-up when Columbia Ford could not. After diagnosing the problem, he tried everything before determining that I needed a new part. The part was ordered from another location and Andy had it installed before the end of the day! Melissa made sure that I was kept informed and had everything I needed while waiting. Everyone was so friendly and concerned about my situation. Definitely recommend and will go there first and especially before going to Columbia Ford!

Recently I've had more stress figuring out how my coffee maker works than dealing with my car issues at Art. They were super convenient, easy and quick. My vehicles starter was shoddy and wouldnt start one morning. Called it in to arts due to all the great reviews and let me just say, they are all completely justified. Everything was done over the phone and Melissa was super awesome. There was a tiny hiccup with one of their mechanics leaving halfway through my cars work, which pushed back the release date by a day, but Melissa was honest about it and even delivered the car to my work early the next morning. Phenomenal service. They should have sent a poet.

Arts Automotive is best vehicle service place I found. Everything explained and no surprises. Always on time and I’m comfortable with their absolute honesty up front!!

This is the place to go for auto electrical problems on your car. They also do other maintenance.

They were quick, kind and thorough. Went in with what I thought the problem was and after inspecting they gave me a detailed review of what was actually going on. Bigger repair than anticipated. They went ahead and did the work right then without having to schedule another appointment. They gave me a ride home while they worked on the car and then picked me up when the work was done. After some less than impressive experiences elsewhere I will definitely continue to come back here for my car needs!!

I was between a rock and a hard place on a road trip from OC to Chehalis and Art’s Automotive came to the rescue! Melissa got the parts needed to wire my Volvo with a flat four trailer harness and squeezed me into an already busy day for them. Amazing customer service and stellar job wiring my car. Thanks!!!

Great shop. Honest, fair on price.

Awesome service. They weren’t done with my car when they said they would. I had come over on my lunch to get it back. So Tyler decided to give me a free oil change and then offered to drive the car over to my work for the inconvenience. It’s okay for a business to screw up occasionally, but these guys went far and beyond to make it right and I really appreciate that. I’ll definitely be back and I’d suggest others to go here as well.
